Struttura molto bella curata per un piacevole soggiorno con vista montagna e la possibilità di farsi un bel bagno in piscina nei momenti di relax nella pace più assoluta. Consiglio per chi ama fare passeggiate escursioni in montagna senza rinunciare poi a un bel bagno fresco in piscina e godersi il sole. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile...impossibile non sentirsi a casa !!! Grazie a Cosimo lo chef che coccola con i suoi buonissimi piatti con prodotti di alta qualità tipici valdostani. Riassunto: questa modernissima villa ci ha veramente sorpreso per ospitalità, quiete e cibo favoloso. Le foto non le rendono giustizia. Les Vrais Rayons è una villa con camere ed alloggetti moderni e accoglienti, nominati secondo la vista dei monti disponibile dalle rispettive finestre. Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi giacché le foto del sito ufficiale e quelle disponibili online, non erano sufficienti per rendere l'idea di quanto la struttura ed i servizi disponibili fossero moderni e ben tenuti. Nella nostra stanza abbiamo trovato infissi moderni, letti nuovi ed un bagno molto spazioso e comodo. Tutto estremamente pulito e funzionale. Nel complesso ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. La struttura offre anche servizi esterni come idromassaggio, piscina e sauna/biosauna, anche questi ultimi nuovi ed all'avanguardia. La sauna con vista monti innevati non ha paragoni. Let's now come to the staff: first chef Cosimo who, with his friendliness and his iron will to make the guest feel served and revered, transform your stay into a fairytale holiday. More "in the shadow", but not for this reason with a less heartfelt touch, Ombretta keeps the villa as polished as a mirror and offers her best smile to guests as soon as they wake up. Another element that is not highlighted enough by the description of the sites is the wonderful cuisine. Breakfast is made up of local ingredients and is offered with a variety of cakes, yogurt and other home-cooked delicacies for a sweet awakening. It gives you all the energy to face the mountains with maximum energy (that butter....). And then... dinner! We can say that chef Cosimo, in his mission to impress us more each night than the previous one, took us on a dream four-evening trip. Always starting from extremely high quality ingredients, practically all local, and with a lot of imagination and talent, he offered us some of the best traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley. Without saving on doses in the slightest, without putting on airs, but like a good homesteader would do, proud to be able to make known the traditions of local cuisine. We can certainly say that this officially becomes our new point of reference in the Aosta valley. In trying to give a balanced and complete review, Let's add a few points on what can be improved. 1. The navigation indication is not perfect, therefore the positioning on Google Maps could be slightly improved and the name possibly made more visible on the street side "The True Rays", to facilitate arrival at the B&B. 2. On the first floor, where our room was, the wifi took one or two bars at most. Not a problem for our holiday, but for a business trip it could perhaps be problematic. I recommend a repeater in the corridor, or better yet a mesh wifi with AP in every room. 3. The double bed, combined with two single beds, he was not bandaged, therefore during the night the two mattresses tended to separate. In other hotels we have noticed solutions to avoid distancing that are useful for those who tend to move around in their sleep. Bedroom and bathroom inside, very clean, pleasant, comfortable, elegant and with a wonderful view of the snow-capped peaks. Chef Cosimo, creative and passionate as well as really good, it felt like we had cooked when he explained the preparation to us, the cooking and ingredients of the dishes we were served. Very nice and sunny eyeshadow as well as professional. We ate with a smile. Less than 40 minutes we took the lift to Valtournenche to ski in Cervinia. Alex, the owner, kind and helpful.
